These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of applianceshub.shop and to any order you place with Applianceshub ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Who can order

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in the United Kingdom.

3. Products

  • We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • All products are intended for use in the UK. Mains-powered items come with a UK 3-pin plug (230V).
  • Please read and follow the instructions supplied with each product.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • UK delivery is free, so the price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
  • We accept payment through PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order.
  • If a product is shown at the wrong price because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

7. Returns and refunds

You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, and return labels are free. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the law.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by misuse of a product or failure to follow its instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

10. Use of our website

  • You must not misuse our website, for example by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Applianceshub or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
