UK delivery is free on every order. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and take 2–4 business days in transit, so most arrive within 3–6 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, start processing the same day.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
No. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
What is your returns policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, whether they're faulty or you've changed your mind. We send you a free return label to print, there's no restocking fee, and refunds are processed within 10 days of us receiving your return. We don't offer exchanges. Read the full policy.
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a card through PayPal's secure checkout. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.
Do your products work with UK sockets?
Yes. The Plug-In LED Night Light has a UK 3-pin plug (230V). The Mini USB Desk Fan and Portable Mini Humidifier run from any USB port, and the Handheld Milk Frother uses 2× AA batteries (not included).
