Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a card through PayPal's secure checkout.

Are your prices in pounds and do they include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free, so the price at checkout is the total you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at support@applianceshub.co.uk. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and then take 2–4 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days.

What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, start processing the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends, or on bank holidays start processing the next business day.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them, whether they're faulty or you've simply changed your mind. Unused items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We email you a free return label to download and print, and there is no restocking fee.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 days of us receiving your return and go back to your original payment method (PayPal).

How do I start a return?
Email support@applianceshub.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Products

Do your plug-in products have UK plugs?
Yes. Our mains-powered products, such as the Plug-In LED Night Light, come with a UK 3-pin plug (230V).

How are the USB products powered?
The Mini USB Desk Fan and Portable Mini Humidifier run from a USB port, so you can use a laptop, power bank or USB wall adapter.

Does the milk frother need batteries?
Yes. The Handheld Electric Milk Frother runs on 2× AA batteries, which are not included.
