Refund policy

At Applianceshub, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days. This applies whether the item is defective or you have simply changed your mind.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Which items can be returned

  • Non-defective items: accepted if they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Defective or damaged items: accepted if the item arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at support@applianceshub.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. For defective or damaged items, please include a photo.
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with a free prepaid return label that you can download and print.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier location shown on the label.

Return shipping costs

Returns are free. We provide the return label at no cost to you for all eligible returns.

Restocking fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued in GBP (£) to your original payment method (PayPal). Depending on PayPal and your bank, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. It does not affect those rights.

Return address

Please do not send items to this address without first contacting us. Your return label will include the correct return details.
